Professional experience

I am a San Jose Realtor licensed in the State of California since 2009. I joined the Willow Glen branch of Compass Real Estate Services after 10 years of practice in Real Estate and Construction Law.

I am an area specialist of San Jose CA, with a particular expertise in homes for sale (including shorts sales) in San Jose neighborhoods such as Almaden Valley, Blossom Valley, Cambrian, Santa Teresa and Willow Glen.

I have traveled extensively in Europe as well as in the United States, where I have learnt to adapt to different cultures and lifestyles. I found out that reciprocal trust between you and anyone you interact with will always enable you to make a difference in your professional or personal life, regardless of the country you live in.

As a buyer's agent, I will help you find and purchase at a fair market price the home that fits your needs and your short term and long term goals. At all times, I will be at your side to help you overcome the pitfalls at every tep of the purchase process from writing, presenting and negotiating  your offer with the seller and his/her listing agent.

As your listing agent, I will be diligent in addressing your two key concerns: selling price and lead time to sale. Regarding selling price, I will make sure that all assets and features of your property are properly showcased to potential buyers. Together, we will define the best strategy to minimize time on the market of your property and leverage all means available to make your home appealing both from the inside and from the curb.

I am a San Jose Real Estate Agent, member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) in the State of California, specialized in short sales and foreclosures prevention.

Personal background

I am a French native. I have lived in Paris, London, Berlin, and New-York before settling in San Jose in 2007. During my spare time, I enjoy dancing, bargain hunting and interior decoration.
